Founded in 2002 by İsmet Baş, Güven Denizcilik İnşaat Turizm Elektronik ve Oto Sanayi Ticaret Limited Company builds upon a robust legacy dating back to 1988.

Our founder, İsmet Baş, began his career with the refit of the iconic Savarona yacht—one of Turkey’s most prestigious maritime projects. Until 2002, he was actively involved in shipbuilding, maintenance, and repair under various partnerships. Drawing on this extensive experience, the Güven Denizcilik brand was established in 2002.

Since its inception, our company has delivered projects across the maritime sector, including dry cargo vessels, tankers, offshore oil platforms, floating villas, and custom marine vehicles.
In 2005, Güven Denizcilik pioneered steel boat manufacturing in Bodrum, setting new standards in the region until 2008.
Since then, we have operated from our state-of-the-art shipyard in Antalya Free Zone, spanning 10,000 m², where we execute both domestic and international projects with advanced production infrastructure.

Expanding into the aviation industry, Güven Denizcilik manufactures specialized dock systems for aircraft maintenance hangars.
Utilizing steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and composite materials, we deliver custom-engineered solutions renowned for their durability and technical excellence.

Furthermore, we have showcased Turkish engineering on the global stage by producing Turkey’s first amphibious bus—a touristic vehicle capable of operating both on land and at sea, and one of the few of its kind worldwide.
